Recently, Google became very aggressive about flagging websites that were not HTTPS compatible. In order to remedy this situation, JCInk has added a secure link to the forums. Each link to Generation Z is protected, but the new https link means all traffic between your browser and server will be automatically encrypted and cannot be monitored by a third party. While it is not important to use the https link while browsing at home, it is essential to be secure if you are using public Wi-Fi.

You will know if you are using the secure website by looking at your address bar. If it says https:// and there is a green lock icon or something similar, then you are browsing with full encryption.

The only way to avoid the "not secure" notification on your browser is to begin using the newer secure link. Eventually, all the http links will be phased out. The secure URL to use to access Generation Z is: https://generationz.jcink.net

Please begin using the updated URL. We are requesting members update their signatures to hosts that are secure. Photobucket is the most popular image host and is secure. I will also be going through and editing links and signatures to the secure Photobucket links as I see them. If you notice any broken links or broken images, please bring them to my attention. I will check into the issues with the links and update them as I see fit.

I am currently looking for help on how to hook up a Nintendo, Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis to a HDMI Vizio flat screen television. Unfortunately, my Super Nintendo hooked up to my friends television in Lincoln, but the composite/component outputs do not work on my television. It seems like the only way these systems would work is with some type of composite/component to HDMI converter.

I have checked Best Buy, GameStop, Gamers, Walmart, Shopko, Target, FYE and all the local gaming shops and none of them seem to have converters anymore.

Do any of you know how to hook up an older gaming system to a newer TV? I used to haul around an older television while living in Lincoln for the old games, but that just became too much of a hassle and my current living situation doesn't have any room for an older television.

It's Morphin time, again!

Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Mega Battle will hit the shelves later this month (no official date yet) for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game provides a modern re-imaging of the classic multiplayer beat-em-up genre.

In the game you will have to level up the rangers, team up with friends, summon the Megazord and fight your way through episodes of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers!

As this is a side-scroller game, the price tag is expected to be about $15-20. I will definitely be getting this! It is rumored you can unlock the human characters of Rocky, Aisha, Adam and Kat, along with the Green Ranger.

Will you be joining the battle?

Today we celebrate the 23rd anniversary of Power Rangers. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers first aired on Fox Kids on August 28, 1993.

Do you remember where you were the first time you saw Power Rangers?
